Perfect for scientific applications essentially for backing turbomolecular pumps and conventional laboratory equipments, the E2M0.7 and E2M1.5 pumps are intended for a reliable and stable operation. They are oil sealed and are two-stage, direct drive, sliding vane pumps, in which the drive is equipped through an Oldham coupling by a totally enclosed fan cooled single phase motor.
