EOSi Rotary Screw Vacuum Pumps

EOSi Rotary Screw Vacuum Pumps

Innovation & Intelligence

The Edwards EOSi range has an adaptable and flexible temperature management technology that provides an unparalleled water handling capacity and provides a massive reduction in maintenance costs, and longer service intervals with its highly efficient patented oil separator design. It is a new-gen range of vacuum pump that is noiseless and provides commendable on-demand performance capability and hones energy consumption with its Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology and intelligent control present in the oil-sealed rotary screw vacuum pumps.

Energy savings of around 50%

There is a substantial reduction in maintenance costs and increased efficiency due to combination of the state-of-the-art Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology and advanced inlet control valve.

Provides considerably superior performance against its oil sealed and vane benchmarked counterparts.

Quiet operation The level of noise is significantly low than that of its comparable technologies.

It complies with ISO 50001/14001 of the Energy Management and Environmental Commitments. And thus provides sustainable productivity due to built-in efficiency.

The ultra-high oil retention from the ultimate pressure to atmospheric pressure results in a reduced environmental impact.

Pump Ranges

The EOSi range comes in 4 variants to cater to your need and application, i.e, Standard, Q, W, or WQ.

Standard

This variant provides a 50% reduction in energy while compared to its conventional counterpart at a significantly low maintenance cost. It is intended to provide the exact performance to match your growing pump demands.

Q

In a system where the chamber pumpdown time is important, the Q variant comes into play. It is intended for optimal energy efficiency and even faster chamber pumpdown for cycling applications with its responsive inverter control and special configuration.

W

The W variant is designed to pump a much higher amount of water loads in comparison to the standard EOSi pumps. They are an ideal choice for applications such as pipeline drying and freeze drying.

QW

An integration of the Q and W variant, the QW variant has the characteristics of both in its configuration.
